What percentage of commission do I pay?
The commission percentage is agreed in your Master Service Agreement (MSA) and is competitive against other property platforms. There are no upfront fees and no subscription costs — you pay only when a transaction closes. Contact us via WhatsApp for a quote tailored to your agency.
Do I need an EFRA license to apply?
Yes. All partner agents must hold a valid EFRA (Egyptian Federation of Real Estate Associations) license. We verify your registration before onboarding.
Is the arrangement exclusive?
No. You continue to work your own clients and other channels freely. We route platform leads to you; what you do outside the platform is your own business.
How many leads can I expect per month?
Lead volume depends on the number of listings you have active on the platform and your response rate. Partners who respond within 2 hours consistently receive 3–8 qualified inquiries per month in Phase 1.
How does lead routing work?
When a buyer requests more information on a listing attributed to you, their WhatsApp contact is routed directly to your number. You handle the relationship from that point.
Can I list my own mandates?
Yes. Once onboarded, you can submit listings directly. We verify listing details and publish within 48 hours after review.
What languages do buyers speak?
Our current buyer inquiries come primarily from English, German, Dutch, and French speakers — mainly European and Gulf buyers looking for second homes or investment properties.
