Named father of the pools for its lagoons. Renowned as one of the best hard-coral sites in Hurghada; shallow and easy with protected moorings.

Banana-shaped reef in the middle of the Giftun Strait near Hurghada, under 30 minutes by boat. Shallow (max ~15m) with good visibility and low current, making it an easy site for beginners and a relaxed second dive.

The PADI Scuba Diver course is a subset of the PADI Open Water Diver course. PADI Scuba Divers may only dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 metres/40 feet, and the minimum age is 10 years.

PADI Open Water Diver is the first autonomous scuba certification level. The certification allows you to dive with a buddy to a maximum depth of 18 metres/60 feet, obtain air fills, rent dive equipment and book boat dives.
