De El Gouna Half Marathon is sinds 2019 het hardloopevenement aan de Rode Zee. Het wordt jaarlijks in november gehouden en start en finisht bij Abu Tig Marina.
Het parcours loopt door Downtown El Gouna, langs de golfbaan en over Kite Centre Road, met afstanden van een halve marathon tot kortere runs. De achtste editie staat gepland voor 21 november 2026.
Voor bewoners en bezoekers laat het evenement de actieve kant van El Gouna zien: een compacte stad aan zee waar je het hele jaar buiten kunt sporten in een droog klimaat.
